GRAINCORP says it will combine its storage and logistics divisions and regions into six new regions, in a major restructure of its business.
GrainCorp says its new regions are Queensland, Northern NSW, Central NSW, Southern NSW, Eastern Victoria and Western Victoria.
It has also replaced its current storage and logistics general manager with Bruce Griffin, former vice-president of Titanium at BHP Billiton.
GrainCorp has also changed its port management structure, making Nigel Hart the general manager for ports.
GrainCorp says these moves will return it to profit, after two consecutive losses.
