Jungheinrich acquires stakes in material flow equipment company, ISA GmbH

JUNGHEINRICH AG says it has acquired stakes in ISA GmbH, a leading warehousing and material flow equipment software company.

Chairman of the board of management of Jungheinrich AG, Hans-Georg Frey, claims the two companies have already carried out a number of joint projects.

"By acquiring a stake in ISA, Jungheinrich is increasing its software expertise decisively and thus significantly strengthening the strategic position it has in the field of logistics systems, which is becoming increasingly complex," Mr Frey said.

Jungheinrich is a material handling logistics service provider, offering a range of forklift trucks and shelving systems.

ISA GmbH is a software company in the field of warehousing and material flow equipment.
