EXAIR has released an air nozzle which produces precision blowoff with a directed, high volume, high velocity airflow.
The 1110SS Nano Super air nozzle is said to have the highest performance for a nozzle of its size. It is 19.8mm long, with a 6.4mm diameter, allowing installation in tight spaces. It is made of stainless steel.
The nozzle creates a narrowly focused air pattern 38mm in diameter when positioned 152mm away from a target surface. An air consumption of 8.3SCFM at 80PSIG creates a blowing force of 230g.
The nozzle is suitable for blowoff, cooling and drying applications in industrial, high-temperature, food or corrosive environments. It has a sound level of 75dba.
