BOLZONI Auramo has introduced fork positioners to Australia, aiming to improve OH&S outcomes and efficiencies in the materials handling industry.
According to the company, the FZ Universal Fork Positioner is fitted onto forklifts as a low-cost solution for handling various pallet sizes and other materials.
The product weighs approximately 11kg, with no increase in the forklift lost load and allowing ease-of-use and high visibility for the forklift operator.
The positioner has hydraulic cylinders with self-aligning mounting lugs which eliminates any lateral forces on the piston rods and adjustable valves, ensuring synchronous fork movement.
The tyne carriers are width-adjustable, accommodating all forklifts. The product is suited for forklifts with up to 2500kg capacity, can can be fitted into a side shift for flexibility.
