Techs4Biz, a provider of software products for managing field activities, has announced enhancements to Pervidi’s W3 mobile, including support for any browser-enabled device.
According to Techs4Biz, the W3 mobile now supports iPones, Blackberries, iPads and mobile phones.
Pervidi’s W3 is able to record electronic inspections, audits, site surveys, work orders as well as field activities and is said to expand the range of products available for field service personnel to perform activities and electronically record results.
Techs4Biz says the device allows managers and supervisors to reassign work to other field technicians, verify the status of inspections and work orders and ensure activities are performed on time. T
The mobile is available as a hosted solution or it can be installed in-house. Enhancements are available immediately.
